Drug name: Travogen
Active Ingredients:
- isaconazole
Indications: Travogen is used to treat:
- Fungous skin lesion
- athlete's foot
- dermatomycosis of the smooth surface including in the area of external genitals.
- erythrasma
Contraindications and cautions:
Do not use isoconazole cream if:
- you are to any ingredient in isoconazole cream
- you are taking astemizole or terfenadine
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:
- if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding
- if you have to medicines, foods, or other substances
Warning!
- Be sure to use isoconazole cream for the full course of treatment. If you do not, the may not clear up your infection completely. The fungus could also become less sensitive to this or other medicines. This could make the infection harder to treat in the future.
- If your do not get better within 2 to 4 weeks or if they get worse, check with your doctor.
Adverse effects: and their possible side effects can affect individual people in different ways. The following are some of the side effects that are known to be associated with this medicine. Because a side effect is stated here, it does not mean that all people using this medicine will experience that or any side effect.
- itching
- burning
- redness
- dry or flaky skin
- tingling
If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:
- pain
- swelling
- open sores
- skin rash

Especially pay attention to the following drugs:
- Anticoagulants (eg, warfarin), H1 antagonists (eg, astemizole, terfenadine), or sulfonylureas (eg, glyburide) because their actions and the risk of their side effects may be increased by Isoconazole cream
- Others antifungal (Clotrimazole, bifonazole, exoconazol etc.)
