Drug name: Magne B6
Active Ingredients:
- Magnesium lactatis,
- piryidoxin hcl(vitamin B6)
Therapeutic actions: Pharmaceutical action of Magne B6 is associated with the effects of its active ingredients: Magnesium lactatis and Vitamin B6(piryidoxin hcl). Magnesium ions lower the excitability of the neurons(neural processing elements) and retards neuromuscular transmission. Magnesium is essential compound in many enzymic reactions. Deficiency of magnesium in organism manifests in muscle weakness, tremor, tetania, ataxy, increased reflectory excitability, irritability, sleep disorders, heart rhythm disturbances, diarrhea.
Vitamin B6 is essential in metabolism of the proteins and amino acids. Pyridoxin regulates the functional condition of the CNS, prevents skin rash, strengthens teeth and gums.
Indications: Magnesium deficiency associated with the following disorders:
- Sleep disturbances
- Increased nervous irritability
- Physical and mental overwork
- Muscle pain and spasms
- Asthenia
Contraindications and cautions: Magne B6 should not be used in the following conditions:
- Kidney failure
- Phenylketonuria
- Allergy to any of Magne B6 active ingredients
- Pregnancy
- Breastfeeding
Magne B6 should be used with caution in kidney diseases, diabetes.
In concomitant deficiency of calcium, magnesium deficiency should be eliminated prior the beginning of taking calcium preparations.

- Digestive system: diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, meteorism, constipation.
