Drug name: Ophtalmo-Septonex
Active Ingredients:
Acid boric Carbetopenditini bromidum Sodium tetraborate
Therapeutic actions: Ophthalmo-Septonex manifests anti-microbial action. It works by killing the bacterial infection that affects the eye.
Indications: The preparation is used for treatment of unpurulent conjuctivitis (sever and chronic), blepharitis, cutaneous keratitis.
Contraindications and cautions: Ophthalmo-Septonex should not be used if:
- You have ever experienced hypersensitive reaction to any components of the preparation.
- You have dry ceratitis or conjuctivitis.
- If the improvements do not show after 5 day treatment you should consult your ophthalmologist (local doctor)
Adverse effects: There are possible side-effects associated with this medicine that can affect individuals in different ways. If a side effect is stated here, that does not necessarily mean the fact that all people using Ophtalmo-Septonex will experience it or any other.
The common side-effects are: hyperemia, stinging and burning of the conjunctiva.
