Therapeutic actions: Disflatyl is an antiflatulent medication. Simethicone works by lowering of the superficial tension in the interphase boundary, reduces the production of gas bubbles in the digestive tract. Released gas bubbles are absorbed by the intestinal walls and eliminated by peristalsis.

Indications: Disflatyl is approved to treat the following conditions:

  • Increased production of gas bubbles in the digestive system(meteorism, aerophagia, production of gas bubbles in the post-operation period.
  • Preparation for diagnostic procedures
  • Intoxication(as antibubbling agent)

Contraindications and cautions:

Disflatyl should not be taken:
